① No network on site — People and vehicles keep moving, and there is no fixed line
Field capture and fixed surveillance are different problems. There is no server room, no Wi-Fi, the position keeps changing, and afterwards you have to produce evidence. One LiveEdge, two carriers: a body-worn camera on the person and an in-vehicle unit on the car.
No fixed line, no Wi-Fi:The mobile network is the only option.
Location is information in itself:Footage without location and time is worth far less after the fact.
